Fabrizio Vestroni informa che due degli otto awards della European Association of Structural Dynamics sono stati quest’anno assegnati alla professoressa Antonina Pirrotta e al professor Giovanni Solari. In particolare :

2020 EASD SENIOR RESEARCH PRIZE in the area of

DEVELOPMENT OF METHODOLOGIES FOR STRUCTURAL DYNAMICS

has been awarded to

Antonina Pirrotta

for her important contributions in the fields of passive control, multi-body systems, continuum mechanics, stochastic mechanics, health monitoring

2020 EASD SPECIAL AWARD

has been awarded to

Giovanni Solari

for his outstanding, state-of-the-art contributions to wind engineering, especially the wind-excited response of structures.

Gli awards sono stati consegnati durante il congresso Eurodyn 2020,

23-26 Novembre 2020, Atene.
